Swick Wines Bring It Japan known as the "swiftwalkerJoes flagship red blend. Changes every year. A barrel selection. The goal with the Bring It is to make a fuller bodied red wine with lots of fresh acidity to make it versatile to different cuisines. He always uses Pinot Noir as the base to add freshness and earthy cherry aromatics (from Oregon). The remainder of the blend is from Washington state from Yakima in the Columbia Valley using fuller bodied grape varieties from higher elevations. All
