Bainbridge Two Islands Barbados Rum Cask Whiskey Campari Kentucky by Kymi DouglasFully mature Bainbridge Organic Battle Point Whiskey, aged for at least 6 years in American oak, undergoes 6 12 months secondary maturation and finishing in rare EX XO Rum casks from the Mount Gay distillery in Barbados. Flush with notes of vanilla, butterscotch and tropical fruits on the nose, toasted wheat, charred maple sugar, Luxardo cherries and demerara on the palate, finishing with wisps of grated nutmeg and sherry.
