The grapes for this wine are usually picked in September and then ripen in stainless steel containers. Canaan White is an easy drinking, semi dry wine that has floral and fruity notes and well balanced acidity. It is a good addition to fish, seafood, chicken or even pasta with cream sauce. Recommended serving
