Both the 25 litre bucket and 5 litre demijohn come complete with tight fitting lids, pre bored with holes and fitted with rubber grommets. The rubber grommets ensure that, when the airlocks are fitted into the lid holes, they create a tight seal. The two airlocks allow air out of the bucket and demijohn during fermentation without allowing fruit flies or
