Matawhero Pinot Gris 750ml gin Intensely amberMatawhero has been part of Gisbornes vinous landscape since 1968, when it was established by the late Bill Irwin to supply grapes to the local winemakers. With fruit off Gisborne's legendary Briant Vineyard this was always going to be a worthy offering. A fragrant, exotic nose of floral and pear notes. Ripe, sensual and spicy, some residual sugars providing added depth. The wine is soft and voluptuous and finishes dry. 12. 1% ABV
