An unusual antique Russian Imperial silver gilt and Cloisonn enamel table dinner bell, Moscow, circa 1908. The bell having a turned stem with a knop shaped finial and decorated with multi color floral cloisonn enamel decoration. The bell having a brass clapper inside and can be gently rung to alert your guests that dinner is served. The bell having a kokoshnik
